You knew it would happen sooner or later, despite the defiance. And, I have to say, the type of blatant piracy that occurs after things leave the PirateBay waters should be illegal and should go away. PirateBay itself is actually another matter, since they only host the trackers one can reasonably wonder (and argue) what might be illegal about that in logical terms (not in DMCA, current climate terms, in LOGICAL terms - seems the Bay says hosting such is actually NOT illegal in Sweden, the battle begins).

Use the torrent for legal conent (Creative Commons, open source, etc). Skip all that RIAA, MPAA, BSA et al bullshit and watch another RocketBoom or something (ok, so RocketBoom was a bad example - who wants to watch that crap - replace that with Systm, etc).

For that matter just get Democracy.
