Sorry, no. You are half right. The Dutch (and by extension Flemish and Afrikaans) word for "father" is indeed "vader". The word "Darth" is not Dutch. I don't know it's etymology, but by all accounts "Darth" seems to be Lucas-speak (along with such gems like "midichlorian", and the ever popular, "padawan").
For what it's worth, "dark" = "donker" (in Dutch and derived languages).
