There are other portals (even a few I have mentioned here lately), but the new h3o retakes the lead as the best. Its quick, concise and full of features. Sidebar: the new h3o is also PHP based rather than that Perl stuff, that is the way to go, just ask the guys who write these sites. Perl can do the job, but its much sloppier than PHP. Some will argue JSP, but for my time and work (I have no money) the best web-db-scripting solution is Apache-MySQL-PHP.h3o
