Screaming Penguin - Source Does Matter

LinuxPower has a nice interview with Rasmus and the entire PHP team. This an interesting interview which has insight to the new features of Zend and compares PHP with other technologies. I agree with the Rasmus thought that PHP is not a direct competitior for Perl, Zope, Python, etc. PHP has its own niche and truly it is far easier and quicker to setup and to learn than most of the other alternatives while still maintaining impressive capability.
