SETIHERDER for SETI at home

Check this out. SETIherder is a cool GTk based program that manages multipleSETI@home sessions. IF you havent already heard about SETI@home you definitely need to check it out. The Unix-Linux flavor is available now and the Windows variant comes out May 15th. Check the stats out too. My 31 hr avg is for an AMD 350mhz Linux box with 128Mb ram. I sent a note to the SETI team and they say the new version of the program takes 8 times longer than the BETA version because its kinda like Prego now. Before it was a quick crunch but all of the science wasnt there, now its in there. The science is really really very cool. I am still working on processing some Gaussian curves right now, in my head of course, who needs those crutch computers (and I can do my times tables! woohoo!)
