Netcraft survey results for May99 show Apache still has a 55% web server market share and now over 3 million web servers (in the survey) run Apache. Second place is the lowly IIS, MS-PWS combo (anything Microsoft combines for 2nd.) Check out both the Netcraft Surveyand the Netcraft Site Scope.The scope shows what server a URL is running. Wanna really laugh your ass off, check what Hotmail, which is OWNED by Microsoft is running (yeah we have mentioned it before, but it is still Apache and still both funny and indicative.)
