Wish I could make it to the "JavaOne" conference in San Francisco next week, but NO, instead I get "SuperLAMEcomm99." JavaOne sounds very interesting and some new Java tools that will be unveiled are making headlines today. Sun is announcing Java 2 Enterprise Edition. J2EE allows Enterprise Java Beans to run on multiple platforms across the enterprise, includes API's for Java Server Pages, Java Message and Transcation Services, and XML.
