The RedHat IPO Lowdown

Set for this wednesday at 10-12$ per share, the RedHat IPO. Redhat is not as crazy and fanatical an investment as many other technology company IPOs for one simple reason, they actually make money. Well, that and some companies you may have heard of are investing, Intel, IBM, AOL, and more. However, the market itself is still tech heavy and overvalued. Redhat is a solid company, but dont look for millions in months and remember this is still new ground. Competition is fierce in the software and especially the OS market, still no guarantees.Companies with solid, real business plans will survive the market fluctuations and become truly valued investments over time. Invest wisely, look for companies with actual business models and products or services that will survive. Then stick it out for the long haul and you WILL make money. Simple really.
