Well, now here is a novel idea. Microsoft announces "Pre-Crashed" software.

Recently a "Microsoft spokesperson" announced the innovative new idea at the software giant. "Pre-Crashed" software. This is an idea that may greatly help Microsoft with the MS frustration factor. No more BSOD, no more lockups, no more GPFs that make you pull your hair out! Imagine a world with pre crashed Windows!

Yeah, it is useless, but at least you wont be so pissed off! Its useless once it does crash anyway, this way you dont stress over it. This should calm the nerves of MCSEs everywhere. No longer having to fisish that monster integration project with MS software and then applying a patch at the end that topples the entire house of cards. That will drive you crazy. This way, you open the box, install it, and viola, it is already crashed, saving you all of that headache. Then you can spend your time on more useful pursuits like looking for software that actually has been through some type of quality control.
