Wow, check this amazing story, judge Jackson has sentenced M$ to a "fate worse than death", a merger with Computer Associates. CA will aquire Microsoft and in their traditional bewildering method alienate the good employees, splinter the product line inexplicably, provide both support engineers and create a really really bad impossible to navigate web presence (ok, i could have used alternate language here, but the bottom line is, ca sites suck.) From there they will "improve" all of the products by allowing them to sink into the ca abyss. That ought a teach em! Both of em.   Microsoft merger story
