Screaming Penguin - Source Does Matter

Tired of being scoffed at at work as the "open source" guy. Do your coworkers and managers suggest "real" and "supported" technolgies for projects while all the while they get their mail from Sendmail, their files from the Linux server and all the internet connectivity and presence from other open source technologies such as BIND, Squid and Apache? Ok, well maybe my case is extreme, but you know what I mean, its nice to work for a company that RECOGNIZES and EMBRACES open source rather than treating it like a stepchild.
