Screaming Penguin - Source Does Matter

Yes, Screaming Penguin quite cool merchandise is now available in the store. This is a cafepress driven merchandise section with T-Shirts, Mouse Pads, Mugs, etc. Cafepress is a service that does the billing and shipping for you and will deliver products on demand, it is a great idea and a great company (if you have not, you need to check it out and setup your own "merchandise" section)

Well after actually getting the stuff (T-Shrit and Mouse Pad) I gotta say that the service and quality are excellent. The shirt is a Hanes BeefyT that has high quality screen prints (if thats what you call them, the stuff they used is the good kind, you can tell), is durable and looks quite cool with "Jules" on it. The Mouse Pad is great too (its the thin kind but has a nice resolution graphic on it.) And on top of that the online shopping experience was fantastic, prompt service, secure server, etc. All in all a great deal.

I have a few issues to fix on the "store" page, but those are related to silly javascript image "swaps" and they dont really affect the usability (you can still see the merchandise fine). We will also be adding a few new stores (all linked from the one store page, with cafepress you cant have multiple designs of the same product in one "Store", ie multiple t-shirt designs, but you can have several stores) with some of the old suggested designs for T Shirts soon.

In case you forgot (or missed it) you will soon be able to get the Andy "Verbal Kint" design, the Charlie "Are We There Yet" design, the Billy "Fast, Reliable, Free - not a piece of shit" MS parody design and the standy TotSP slogan "Source Does Matter" design.

And again, trust me, this is cool nice quality stuff (and we dont make any money, I am sure cafepress makes a few bucks and we get $2 bucks a shirt, but I assure you that that dont pay the bills around here, so enjoy them but please dont assume TotSP is raking it in on the $18 dollar t shirts.)
