Bush Vows to Remove Toxic Petrochemicals from National Parks

A reputable news source has a great story on the exhaustive environmental efforts of the Bush administration. The administration has vowed to "stop at nothing" to remove "all toxic petrochemical deposits from our National Parks by 2004." It seems that we have allowed millions fo years of "toxic fossil fuel deposits" to build up in our most sacred reserved land areas. The President is a "long time champion" of removing "petroleum based subterranean contaminants."

Awesome! Finally an environmental move by the current US Administration! Check out more via the link.   Clean up Our National Parks!: the Onion

Re: Bush Vows to Remove Toxic Petrochemicals from National Parks

Wow, I am completely taken aback that this site is publishing something positive about the current administration. I am also glad that the media is finally showing that it, too, can be balanced and non-negative all of the time. It does my heart good to see the two sides of tree-huggers and earth-killers coming together... oh wait. the onion? nevermind...
