Screaming Penguin - Source Does Matter

CVS, the Concurrent Versioning System, can be a bit confusing if you are new to it. CVS is a source control system to allow multiple developers to manipulate a group or groups of files without stepping all over each other. CVS is open source, used very commonly and is good stuff.
