LinuxCare has apparently had some impressive business cards for quite some time. There are a few flavors it seems, according to the linked NewsForge article, but they basically all do the same thing. They allow you to boot a machine and "rescue" or "fix" it. They have a text and an X mode!
They are of course not full distros by any means, but it seems they are very capable with X and networking. (In one of the examples, you could boot even broken windows machines, get them on the network and then get drivers, etc, I used to do exactly this when I was supporting a bunch of machines, but, unfortunately, with a floppy, not with my business card.)
