Screaming Penguin - Source Does Matter

eBay had some issues over the weekend that resulted in some downtime. eBay has had a few issues in the past as well. It seems they are having problems keeping things straight since the ENTIRE SITE IS ONE DAMN FILE! HAHAHAHA. "Hey Bob, you have the DLL checked out again or what, I need to add a new Nazi blocking filter to the site, come on man, finish that Half.com crap already!"

They get credit for some serious traffic, all in all, with the amount of traffic factored in, they probably have less downtime per byte or downtime per page view, etc, than anybody. Even so, the site still sucks (layout, usability, functionality) and doesnt work right in Mozilla, for that they deserve my consternation.   eBay Downtime: news.com
