What happened to Daniel Pearl was a terrible, unimaginable horror. He was murdered violently for political reasons and the entire thing was videotaped. The tapes are popping up all over the web. I think it is incredibly distasteful and of course just plain morbid to post or watch the video, but I dont think its illegal?
The FBI is shutting down sites and ISPs that post it. Under what law? Who knows, that doesnt seem to be really important anymore.

I'd watch it. Heck now that I know it's on the net I'm going to go look for it. What's the difference now? He's dead already. Anyone got a URL? :)
