Screaming Penguin - Source Does Matter

Impressive. Ohio has had an anti-spam law for some time. Now they have passed a new version and the new law allows spam recipients to sue for $100 per email up to $50,00 max. Of course it is unlikely that collecting and judgement would be realized, but it is still a deterrent and can put spammers on the run or out of business. Lets get a clue in other states, spam sucks.
