Screaming Penguin - Source Does Matter

This announcement is a few days behind but I just checked out KDE 3.1 beta. Its some good stuff. 3.1 beta includes enhancements to graphics, theme manager, konqueror, advanced editor and more.

Konqueror now has tabbed browsing! Ok, so thats not exactly a major change, but still, the entire package is very impressive and the team continues to make progress. KDE plain rocks, check out the 3.1 beta details via the link.   KDE 3.1 beta released
