BEA releases JRockit 7.0 the "fastest JVM on any architecture"

BEA has not yet apparently released benchamrks for JRockit 7.0 but is planning to soon. JRockit is the customized and optimized JVM that BEA claims is the fastest in the world on any architecture.

BEA has worked with Intel on both 32 bit and 64 bit platforms in an "unparalleled" fashion to create the optimizations, according to BEA. The JRockit JVM is optimized of course for Weblogic, but will run any Java app.
