Sweet. User Mode Linux (UML) has been merged into the 2.5 kernel. UML is really really cool, kinda VMWare built in for Linux guest OSes only, here is the official description : "User-Mode Linux is a safe, secure way of running Linux versions and Linux processes. Run buggy software, experiment with new Linux kernels or distributions, and poke around in the internals of Linux, all without risking your main Linux setup. UML can be used for all kinds of great things such as virtual hosting with customer having their own psuedo machine, debugging and testing, securing apps, teaching, checking out new features and releases, disaster recovery testing, and on and on and on. For more see the linked slashdot story and UML site.   User-Mode Linux Merged Into 2.5 Kernel: slashdot
