Linux "one two punch" over Microsoft: silicon.com

Last week the EU commissioned a group to research moving several member nation governments away from Microsoft and on to Linux, and Namibia declined a discount offer from Microsoft and elected to continue to use Linux in its schools (not only declined but "lambasted" Microsoft in a letter for an apparently less than discount discount).
