Linux 2.6 on the way: eWeek

The new 2.6 is coming along just fine according to Linus. New improvements in memory and I/O handling are planned. Clustered file systems and logical volume management are not planned (not yet, imagine a Linux kernel in a few years with cluster and volument management and heartbeat, etc, all built it, can you say dominates the server market?)
