Major DRAM oversupply in 2003: EETimesUK

DRAM will be in a state of massive oversupply next year. Thats according to a Nikkei Market Access survey reported by Nikkei Electronics Asia.

Thats bad news for fabs, more of which are coming online in 2003, but potentially great news for consumers.
