SCO is hypocritical?

SCO is suing IBM and taking aim at RedHat. As most are probably already familiar SCO owns the rights to some UNIX variants. SCO also claims IBM has disenfranchised UNIX with its support of Linux, and claims Linux was copied "line by line" from UNIX. I guess the attack on RedHat is because it is a distribution of Linux? However, SCO is part of UnitedLinux and has agreements with SuSE. Is SCO going to sue SuSE and or attack itself over its own use of Linux? My personal opinion (which I so rarely allow to be a part of TotSP articles ;)) is that SCO is a bunch of jackasses and any hope they had of rebounding their own UNIX distribution or gaining success with UnitedLinux has been greatly damaged by this frivolous lawsuit. The really unfortunate part is that the idea of UnitedLinux is a great one. UnitedLinux will suffer from its affiliation with SCO (I for one wont use it because of this).
