Red Hat Enterprise 3 meets EAL2 Common Criteria security certification

This certification is serious and means that more governments and large organizations will consider the software. Red Hat has met EAL2 (evaluation assurance level 2) but its interesting to note that SuSE has met EAL3 and both are behind other versions of Unix and Windows that have EAL4 (please note that a secure Windows Advanced Server version is available that meets EAL4, you simply cannot plug it into a network, if you do so the security certification is voided).
