Ah yeah the NFL is baaack. My prediction for this year being the title, old AFC West foes Denver and Seattle now in different conferences face off in January 2005 in the Superbowl (winner Denver 27-10). (College football, eh, so so, would be great if there was a playoff at the end of the year but I am not going to even start to get interested when that BCS BS is still in play.)
The first week/weekend was impressive for some and not so for others, as could be expected. The best looking teams in week 1 were Minnesota, Seattle, the NY Football Jets and what? Cleveland? Other teams such as Atlanta, Philly and Denver looked impressive at times but had fits and starts. Others like Washington, Detroit and Jacksonville looked downright ugly at times but got the job done.
Anyway, its good to have the NFL back, especially with the HDTV antenna working quite well for FOX, ABC and CBS (most of the time anyway).
