Very nice. Indexes all textual content (whatever docs and so on, even proprietary formats such as doc and ppt), sets up email conversations (much like that Gmail thing, hmmmm), searchs IM logs (if you have them of course) and more. Check it out via the above link (screenshots and all).

Ok - I'm using this and very nice... very nice indeed. What the hell is MS thinking spending all that energy on WinFS pushing back release dates when all we really needed was Google to step in for us?

yeah i am using this too and its a lot mor e useful that i thought it would be, good stuff.
