SWORDS, Special Weapons Observation Reconnaissance Detection Systems, will be deployed to Iraq soon. These are "Robo-Soliders" complete with weaponry. They are very "Robocop" or "Terminator" early-model style but they are not autonomous machines. They are controlled by a human operator.
