Apaches open source "content management" app ("comes with revision control, site management, scheduling, search, WYSIWYG editors, and workflow"), Lenya, released rev 1.2.3. Lenya Home

And of interesting note is that some other folks at the TSS commented on this release and stated they really like other open source content management projects better because they arent as heavyweight (my own term in this sense, for cocoonizing everything) , such as mambo (which uses PHP I guess) and Plone (which is Python running on Zope, huh. huh, cool).

There are just so many options for open source projects nowadays its staggering (especially web "content management" or "portal" or even "framework" type stuff), but you know what, thats not a negative thing, as its sometimes portrayed, rather its a great positive thing and a major tenet of the philosophy of open source (sure it means before you pick one you have to do a little research and know what you are talking about, but having choices is not BAD as sometimes people like to whine about concerning open source).
