Apple changes its Mini Store tune in iTunes

Last week I whined about the Apple iTunes Mini-Store, basically saying that Apple should have left this fine "feature" disabled by default and alerted users that it sends data back to Apple if they use if BEFORE they use it.

Well apparently enough other people that actually matter whined too and Apple changed it. It now is not on by default (I think) and has a very clear disclosure that it is sending data to Apple if you use it.

And while some of us disagree on the actual utility of this thing I think we can all agree that Apple should have disabled by default and disclosed the data transmission IN THE FIRST PLACE (shouldnt take whiners to get their attention to get them to change this, I mean at least they did change it but it never should have been done the other way around to begin with).
