Screaming Penguin - Source Does Matter

We are all of course quite aquainted with the GoF and Design Patterns: Elements of Reusable Object-Oriented Software (ISBN 0-201-63361-2) but I must admit that do not own the book.

I have almost purchased it several times over the years, just on principle, but I feel like the content is well covered in many other books that I own, and online, and I never pull the trigger.

Anyway I have stumbled across the following table a few times, which is apparently from the book, and have found it useful. Thus I reproduce it here for posterity (with no permission whatsoever).
