Screaming Penguin - Source Does Matter

I heard the other day about Bush appointing Dr. Abstinence Only, er Eric Keroack, to head the "Office of Population Affairs" at the Department of Health and Human Services and, even though I thought it impossible at this point, my jaw dropped.

Check out the balls on this President. In the face of his "political capitol" being so far spent it's not even funny, and all the evidence on birth control v abstinonsense being quite plentifully in favor of reality, if you bother to look (for the stupid that is that abstinence only is a religious cop out, it actually increases birth and STD rates in studies where "science" is involved), he still - as I thought to myself "pulls another Brownie."
