Things are getting mighty ugly over in the IBM vs Amazon arena, where Amazon has recently announced a counter suit. And for the record every single one of the patents involved, on both sides, is stupid. Here we are again in software patent bullshit hell. Really though, with the US patent system, the problems go far beyond software, it is basically all ludicrous.
