Will this bend Blu-Ray over and violate it from behind, and then turn around and spew upon it? Turns out when the pr0n crowd chose VHS, back in the day, that was one of the factors that crushed another of Sony's stupid plays, Betamax.

Let's hope this does shift the balance. I hate Sony nowadays; but more so than that, I just wish the fiber would show up at my curb (or any facsimile of high bandwidth thereof) so I can get "HD" content without bothering with either HD-DVD or Blu-Ray.

While the whole battle over the next generation of optical disc is pretty dumb (lets just go PAST that altogether), I still hope all the victors are anyone but Sony.
