Screaming Penguin - Source Does Matter

totspCode is now a SourceForge project with CVS and so on (woohoo!).

The latest snapshot of the "PHP" version of the site (the code that runs this site currently) was cleaned up, checked in to CVS, documented (some), packaged and released.

The code and file releases will be SourceForge controlled from here on out (and old code from the /info dir on this site itself will be removed).

(This pretty much is the end of the old PHP code being updated unless serious issues arise, the new focus is on the Java version and all the "aggregator" and related stuff Cooper has been working on, that is also all hosted on SourceForge under the totspCode project - diffrent module name - java.)
