So I was reading this story at about the the exercise of the PATRIOT[sic] Act to force reporters to reveal sources and communications in the Lamo "Homeless Hacker" case. It really makes me wonder, now, if that means the DOJ is going to force Mike Allen, Bob Novak and Andrea Mitchell to cough of the names of the people that Spilled the beans on Amb. Wilson's wife.

now i dont know if there is much to this ambassador story CIA op thing, because i will admit that i dont know the details.

so that said i am going to TRY to give the bush admin complete impunity and the "benefit of the doubt". maybe they had nothing to do with it, has a reporter said "administration sources" ever before and been lying? say it isnt so.

also the person that told the reporter may not have known she was an operative for the CIA? again, i dont know the details but that seems possible?

so as i start of giving the bush admin a fair shake i then see that their will NOT be an independent council? what the _fuck_? if i were even remotely involved with this i would insist that their be not even a HINT of impropriety and it seems pretty clear that the administration that is under investigation should not be in charge of said investigation? at least to a dumbass lamen like me? maybe the president is smarter than i am though.
