World's Most Useless Computer on the Auction Block

The first Apple I, built by Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak in a garage, is now going on the auction block. The computer that many believe launched the PC revolution, was sold caseless and driveless. Operating one required the user to hard wire the machine directly to a moniter, add your own keyboard, and program the machine manually. So whats the big deal? These machines are intensely sought after as an item of nostalgia, and this one, being the first ever manufactured, is planned to go for over US40,000. Steve Jobs was offered the computer before it was auctioned, but he declined, siting he had enough trouble selling them in the first place.
