A better mousetrap for voters

I read this article this weekend in my SciAm and I thought it was enlightening. Since "my guy" won in the last set of elections, I thought the results quirky, but OK. I can imagine that I'd be much more resentful if things were otherwise. (Hell I'm pretty resentful now, and I got my way.)

Anyhoo, give the article a read. It sets up by discussing the two different ways that the US and France holds elections. Then it examines the results based on two different voting schemes, and then makes a recommendation.

Kinda cool   Scientific American article
