MSNBC's coverage of this year's PC Expo reports that V Communications, Inc has released System Commander 2000. This software will allow users to install different OS's onto the same computer with ease. Here's a clip:
"System Commander 2000 supports every PC-compatible operating system around today, uses no resident memory, requires only 3MB of hard drive space and is compatible with file systems including FAT, FAT32, VFAT, NTPS, HPPS, Linux EXT2 and all x86 Linux file systems. You currently need to be running DOS/Windows 95 or 98 to be able to install SC2K."
SC2K will also allow users to uninstall an OS using a Backstep Wizard.
Gemulator also unveiled SoftMac 2000 which will allow users to run the MacOS on their PC by simply double-clicking an icon on their desktop. The product is about ready for an updated release in a couple of weeks.
