Supreme Court upholds EPA Clean Air actions

Today the US Supreme court rejected an appeal by leading industries. Many industries argued that the EPA had usurped Congress's powers to make laws when it set standards for clean air "too high". They also argued that the EPA should take into consideration the cost of implementation for industries when setting these standards. The Supremes rejected both arguments and handed the win to environmentalists, the EPA, and people who like to breathe.   Read the story at MSNBC

its about time our current supreme court made a real decision that involved thought. this was the right decision no question. what price tag do industries think we can put on clean air? stupidity and short term thinking. again, thankfully the court made the right call (and surprisingly with the current court makeup.)
