400Mhz Gekko Powered Dolphin

In the race for the next generation of game consoles, Nintendo has struck a deal to replace their old MIPS based processor with IBM's copper 400mhz PowerPC chip, code-named Gekko. The new system boasts all the newest in game console technology plus adds many of the features of the common household pc, such as DVD drives and internet access via modem. Nintendo is code-naming the system Dolphin in an attempt to garner media attention from the inevitable innuendos and late-show jokes about how "Timmy is at home playing with his Dolphin."
