While many of us don't use mac - i felt we all should know about this...
Apparently, Microsoft has decided to stop supporting (other than two upgrades) IE for mac users. Microsoft says "It makes more sense for Mac users to use Apple's Safari Web-browser". CNN - No more IE for mac

Re: No more IE for Mac users
You know, I saw this over the weekend and thought about bitching about it, then I realized neither myself nor any of my Mac-user friends actually USED IE anyway.
The only thing really bad about this is it could be a lead in for cutting MS-Office support for Mac, which could seriously spell the beginning of the end.
Re: No more IE for Mac users
Yea, well don't let the door hit you on the way out, MS! I used IE on my mac only long enough to download the Camino package.
I agree that losing Office for the Mac would be very bad. I'd imagine a large part of Apple's recent success has to do with the interoperability that Office for Mac gives them. But who knows, maybe losing Office will cause Apple to put their weight behind OO.o, developing it to have a native Cocoa interface and increasing its Office compatability.

Yeah. To cite my friend Chris's blog:
Ding dong, the e is dead / which old e / the slow, crappy, standards-hosing, pop-up-permitting e. Ding dong, the wicked e is dead!
