Trying out the "blog" thing
Since Drupal distinguishes content by types, "Blog", "Story" and "Page" being the defaults, we now have an opportunity on penguin to put the shitty little "hey check this out" articles in the "blog" type category. And, yes, that would cover 90% of the stuff I post. (Rarely do I take the time to really write an article, but it does happen occasionally.)
There is only one problem with the approach, the existing content from TotSP was all migrated over as "story", and it will be difficult to sort that stuff out into blog or story to get it right. Going forward we can of course do this, but getting the old 5000+ pieces of content sorted will be tough, and not doing so would pollute the entire thing.
I could try a new content type for old stuff, maybe. I don't really know what to do with this one, anyone have any thoughts? Anyone care?

Oh, I forgot to add, that I think kebernet enabled the whole "blog" thing here, because of the XML-RPC apis. When I originally drupalled things I intentionally just left it out - but that was because I was lazy and did not wnat to come up against the issue of sorting the current content.
Yeah. That is why I did
Yeah. That is why I did that.
