soapUI 1.7 released
soapUI 1.7 Final released, including IDE and Maven plugins
I use soapUI quite a bit and find it invaluable. With each release the tooling gets better (WSDL inspector, attachment handling, etc) and the plugins or plugin related stuff is lately really coming around - integration with Oracle, JBoss, Tomcat, and much more. If you do SOAP stuff, checkit, really.
(And no, there is no IDE yet that "has all this stuff" as the first TSS commenter there states. I am getting very tired of the lame ass "we have too many choices" whine. Come on, there are complicated problems in the world and different approaches to addressing and solving them. Though soapUI does not really have an alternative, other things like Linux distros, testing frameworks, cars, types of soup, and choices in friends do. We have to make all kinds of choices in life, why in the hell do people whine when they have to pick between Debian and Fedora, JUnit and TestNG, Ant and Maven, Struts or Stripes, Tomcat or Jetty, or Sally and Jenny? There should not be ONE type of each open source - or non open source - project. Stop being a lazy jackass, and pay attention long enough to make a mildly informed decision. More choices is not bad, it is good.)
