Yet another reason AT&T (Cingular) sucks

AT&T willing to spy for NSA, MPAA, and RIAA I wanted an iPhone, and already have AT&T/Cingular (now that they bought BellSouth), but I also want to switch to another provider, because of this and several other issues I have had with their services and policies lately.

... and their customer service sucks as well as their general coverage. They calim to be the biggest, though I have done much better since I have been with T-Mobile. T-Mobile also has amazing customer service. If you have issues with your phone, not only do they offer the replacement in the first year (or if you have the warranty anytime), they also offer you to pick another phone.
