Screaming Penguin - Source Does Matter

The Google Developer Podcast has a good interview on Hibernate Shards.

One thing that really stands out listening to GDP or JavaPosse is how great these guys are at this. They always seem to cover the questions I would really like to hear asked, and it seems that someone always makes the point I would make in the conversation, if not necessarily the same way I would. It really makes for a great interview.
