GWT-Maven 1.x docs and sample updated

The GWT-Maven 1.x plugin (maven-googlewebtoolkit-plugin) has been updated recently with minor bugfixes and properties enhancements.
I also felt it was about time to update the docs, and so, I did. The new docs now reflect using the newer plugin version along with GWT 1.4.

GWT-Maven 1.5.5 now there.
GWT-Maven 1.5.5 now there.
There were a few fat fingers, and some errors of omission, in the Maven 1.x version of GWT-Maven. Earlier today Cooper rolled all the versions, 1.5.5 is there (though the docs have 1.5.4) and it should be used. (Only affects the bean gen stuff, but still, the latest is the best.)
