Screaming Penguin - Source Does Matter

Even though Nebraska is losing Chuck Hagel, in my opinion the best Senator in the country regardless of party, who says he will not run again next term, they still have Ernie Chambers.

That is STATE Senator Ernie Chambers. Mr. Chambers is suing God for acts such as "terroristic threats against the senator and his constituents. . . widespread death, destruction and terrorization of millions upon millions of the Earth's inhabitants."

The Senator is trying to make a point about frivolous lawsuits, and while I applaud him on that front too, if you think about it, suing God makes sense - at least in a legal system that *officially* blames God for all sorts of crap and squirms out of dealing with "acts of God" and so on.
